CBSE 10th 12th Result 2025 Revaluation, Re-counting: Results of the Class 10 and Class 12 board exams were made public earlier this week by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). Some students also think that rechecking or re-evaluation could help them improve, as is the case with every board exam cycle.
This year, the CBSE has implemented a new post-result system for the Class 10 and Class 12 board exams. Students will be able to view photocopies of their assessed answer books under the new procedure before determining whether they want a re-examination at all. After receiving a photocopy of their answer sheet, they will have the choice of either re-evaluation, mark verification, or both if they determine to go for a re-scrutiny.
Four days following the date on which the CBSE Class 10 and 12 results are announced, the verification window will open. The rechecking process is expected to begin on Saturday, May 17, as both results were revealed on May 13.
How To Get A Photocopy Of The CBSE Class 10 And 12 Answer Sheets?
- The official website for the re-scrutiny process is cbseit . in/cbse/web/rchk.
- For the relevant class, either the 10th or the 12th, click the “Apply for Answer Book” link.
- Enter the necessary information, including the photocopy of the answer sheet’s Roll Number, Class, and Application Number.
- Pay the relevant fee. You might have to pay between ₹500 and ₹700 for each subject.
- Press the “Submit” button.

A re-evaluation can only be conducted once a photocopy of the particular answer sheet has been obtained. Ten questions at most may be chosen for re-evaluation in each subject. An official fee of Rs 100 will be assessed for the re-evaluation. The results of the reevaluation will be considered final.

Revaluation New Process
If a CBSE student wants their grades to be reevaluated, they must follow the new procedure that the board has instituted. Students now apply for a photocopy of their answersheets to begin the streamlined process. They can ask to have their grades reevaluated or re-verified after looking over the answer sheets. Since they already follow this process, nothing changes for the state SSC board. On May 13, the SSC and CBSE 10 and 12 results were released simultaneously. The deadline for state board students who wish to take the June–July supplemental exam is May 24 (no late fees). Students can complete the application form until May 29th, but there will be a late fee.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has unveiled updated rules for the 2025 supplemental exams in the interim. These supplemental exams, which will start in July 2025, will give students in Class X and XII more chances to improve their academic performance in line with the board’s revised evaluation system. For all subjects, Class 10 students now have the option to take supplementary exams offered by CBSE.
